This Return & Refund Policy sets out how Zxfmw handles eligible returns, exchange requests, return labels, inspections, and refunds. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges when the requested replacement item is available.

RETURN WINDOW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable consumer law.
RETURN CONDITION & ELIGIBILITY
Product condition accepted for return: new only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligible items should be in the same condition received, unused, complete, and returned with original packaging and included materials where possible. Items showing misuse, unauthorized changes, improper care, or ordinary wear may be declined unless required by law.
RETURN PROCESS & RETURN ADDRESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@zxfmw.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To initiate a return review, send one clear message with the checkout email, item name, and any helpful condition photos.

Return requests should include the order number, checkout email, item name, and return reason. Photos or video are especially useful when the item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the order. Clear photos, the checkout email, the item name, and a short explanation help support review issues without unnecessary back-and-forth.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide a free return label.
For accepted returns, the return label is included in the package, free.
RESTOCKING FEE
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Mouse Pad Condition Review
For Zxfmw returns, the item must be new only and unused. We may review whether the top tracking surface is clean, the rubber backing has no desk residue, stitched edges are intact, and the pad has not been marked by a mouse, keyboard, liquid, adhesive, or prolonged desk use.
Surface Wear and Desk-Use Review
Zxfmw return review separates new-condition product issues from normal desk use. Marks from mouse feet, keyboard pressure, coffee cups, adhesive, desk dust, or extended use can make a mouse pad ineligible as new-only merchandise. For damaged delivery, customers should photograph the packaging and the specific surface or edge concern before returning the item.
Desk Contact and New-Only Standard
Mouse pads show use quickly when placed under a mouse or keyboard. For that reason, Zxfmw checks new-only condition by looking for clean top fabric, unmarked backing, flat corners, intact stitching, and absence of pressure marks from desk equipment. A pad used for even a short desk session may not meet new-only return condition if visible marks are present.
Mouse Pad Return Evidence
For a new-condition return, Zxfmw may check the pad without needing any computer or desk context. Relevant evidence is limited to product-level details: surface marks, edge condition, underside backing, stitching, corner shape, or package condition. Used pads with visible desk dust, mouse-track shine, liquid marks, or compressed backing may not meet the new-only condition.
REFUND TIME_FRAME
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 days. Bank or card issuer posting times may vary after we submit the refund.
EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Exchanges may be arranged when inventory is available and the return meets the stated requirements. If a replacement cannot be provided, an approved refund may be issued. Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
