This Payment Policy outlines how Zxfmw displays accepted payment methods, protects transaction data, and handles approved refunds. Our goal is to keep the process simple and helpful, from browsing through delivery and any after-sale questions. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments.
Payment information is handled through Shopify Payments, while our store uses only the order status and transaction result needed to process the purchase. For Singapore customers, the checkout page, tracking email, and support channel should show consistent store and order information.

This means checkout data is safeguarded using industry-standard encrypted transmission before payment details are handled by Shopify Payments.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all credit card transactions processed via Shopify Payments on our store, ensuring your financial data is protected by the highest industry standards.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to your actual credit card numbers or security codes. All payment credential verification is handled directly by Shopify Payments and the respective card issuing bank.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in USD. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
An order is processed only after payment authorization succeeds. Depending on the payment provider, a pending authorization may appear before final capture or release.

Mouse Pad Checkout Confirmation
Before authorizing payment, customers should confirm whether they selected the cloth control pad, rounded compact pad, or low-profile travel pad. Zxfmw connects the payment record to the selected size, color, material, backing, and package quantity so support or refund questions can be traced to the correct order.
Desktop Surface Order Matching
Zxfmw payment records are matched to a physical mouse pad order, not a software, gaming, or electronics service. The selected SKU, size, surface material, backing layer, and package quantity are the key details used if a payment, refund, or fraud-review question occurs.
Customers should not send card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, device screenshots, work documents, or desk photos when asking about a charge. The order number and checkout email are usually enough to locate the payment record.
Mouse Pad Refund Traceability
If a refund is approved, Zxfmw may connect the payment record with the product model, unused-condition review, and support notes. This keeps a surface-mark concern separate from an incorrect size, wrong color, backing defect, shipping damage, or customer-remorse return.
Payment support does not require information about the customer's computer, employer, gaming account, or desk contents. It only needs the order record and the payment status shown through Shopify Payments.
Physical Mouse Pad Payment Scope
Zxfmw checkout covers only the physical mouse pad selected on the product page. It does not include mouse hardware, software, subscriptions, desk equipment, device setup, tracking calibration, or workplace services. Payment questions are handled by matching the order number to the SKU, size, color, material, and displayed checkout total.
If a refund is approved, Zxfmw connects the payment to the returned pad condition and the original model. This keeps a cloth-surface concern separate from a backing concern, wrong size, wrong color, or delivery damage.
